"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.

Ray made sure I was taken care of and he continued to talk with my insurance for additional repairs that was missed by their adjusters. I had to wait but it was worth it. "(Job was started around Jan. 7th) My roof looks good but the chimney looks horrible! If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. It took a month for work to be completed, which was very frustrating. Needless to say the job isn’t completed, where they left the trash til this day it’s still in same spot where it was left. Also some of the tin isn’t screwed in certain spots. After numerous times being lied to about coming back I’ve decided to have someone else to come finish the job!"
