Throughout the process, he continually kept in contact with me to let me know where we were in the process and what needed to be done to move forward. He also recommended another contractor for some work that needed to be done prior to the demolition. What we agreed upon to be done was completed in a day to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him as he is professional, respectful, attentive, and timely. The entire process from day one to to the to the last day was a very seamless process."

"Buyers beware! Make sure you inspect Bella?s product while it?s in the dump truck BEFORE the dump it on your property! I ordered many loads of their top soil and dirt mix on which to plant grass seed, and they dumped loads of what appeared to be material that was excavated from a site where a building was demolished. The loads contained about 60% crushed concrete with dozens of 20, 30, and 40-pound rocks. Also lots of other debris, such as pieces of PVC pipes, sections of steel chains, small scrap metal pieces, broken glass, and wood mixed with about 40% dry fill dirt. After I sent them pictures of what they delivered to me, they apologized and refunded the thousands of dollars I paid. Unfortunately, they refused to remove these piles of rubble from my property, and I was forced to pay a contractor to remove it."

"I got an estimate from this company to remove a tree in my backyard. The estimate was 1400.00 for tree removal and 100.00 for stump grinding and haul debris from site included in price. Well the tree was cut down and hauled off along with the branches. But when they came back to do the stumps grinding, they left all the wood chips from the grinding neatly piled up in the form of a hill on top of where the stump was. When I asked why are the wood chips piled up and not removed? I was told that the hauling off of the debris did not include the wood chips from stumps grinding. I said are not the tree wood grindings part of the tree debris? And was told but it did not include the stump grindings. So I told her that needs to be stipulated on the contract, and I was not going to pay the 100.00 for stumps grinding until all the debris is hauled off like it says in the contract. She said she would return to have it removed. So far I have not heard back from them."
