"We are extremely pleased. When we called, they came out at the time they said they would. They gave an estimate for trimming a large live oak away from the roof and from hanging over a neighbor's property. They suggested removing some interior branches to open up the tree and remove the possibility of falling branches. When we accepted the offer they provided copies of their insurance information and we set a date for the work. They came when they said they would. We were impressed by the equipment they used. They had a hydraulic lift that was able to come into our backyard through a five foot wide gate. The aborist used the lift to do almost all the cutting except for a few low limbs. His crew hauled the cut branches out to the chipper. When they were finished cutting and removed the hydraulic lift, they then cleaned all the cuttings away. The work was done in a very safe manner that really impressed us. We plan to use them again."

"Job: Trim and thin out a Water Oak. Excellent service at a Great price. They called within 15 mins after listing my service request. The tree was in the front yard, Chris was able to give me a quote over the phone by looking up the tree in GOOGLE Maps and had a crew that could come out in 15 mins. I request he meet me in 30 mins. with his crew. Chris made some suggestions over what I wanted to do help shape the tree. Guess what even with the extra work quote was the same. Hire Crescent City Tree on the spot, job was completed within 2 1/2 hours. The crew was very conscious on where the pieces were dropped when cutting, even rigging the ones over the house with rope before cutting, all wearing safety equipment. They even check the nest I requested to see if it was active before cutting. Before packing up to leave they verified the job was to my satisfaction and if I wanted any other branches trimmed.
