They gave an estimate for trimming a large live oak away from the roof and from hanging over a neighbor's property. They suggested removing some interior branches to open up the tree and remove the possibility of falling branches. When we accepted the offer they provided copies of their insurance information and we set a date for the work. They came when they said they would. We were impressed by the equipment they used. They had a hydraulic lift that was able to come into our backyard through a five foot wide gate. The aborist used the lift to do almost all the cutting except for a few low limbs. His crew hauled the cut branches out to the chipper. When they were finished cutting and removed the hydraulic lift, they then cleaned all the cuttings away. The work was done in a very safe manner that really impressed us. We plan to use them again."
