"We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape."

"Dan and his team were excellent. He was very responsive and professional. His prices were comparable or even better than his competitors. The job was completed in about a 1 1/2 days and most likely would have been 1 day, but we had some weather issues. After his guys completed the job they made sure all areas were completely cleaned. I was especially impressed with the added details. He sprayed my whirly birds and any pipe stacks to match the color of my roof so they blended in more. This is such an awesome option when I look at my neighbors and they have rust and silver objects on top of their roof. Mac Brothers also had a great selections of roof tiles for me to choose from. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. You cant go wrong!"
