He was very thorough, friendly, and helpful doing a complete survey of the house. Not finding any mold, he asked about the filter we had for our air condition and heating system. He suggested that we needed an ultraviolet light. When we told him that we had one in the attic, he went up to check. He found that it had burned out. "My husband and brother are in the process of buying a 4 unit building. We were concerned that the property might have a few issues due to the age of the property.
