He was very thorough, friendly, and helpful doing a complete survey of the house. Not finding any mold, he asked about the filter we had for our air condition and heating system. He suggested that we needed an ultraviolet light. When we told him that we had one in the attic, he went up to check. He found that it had burned out. When he changed it, my allergy issues were much better. He knew exactly how to fix our problem. We were very pleased!"

"Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail.
