Grade A+.Paul was great! 1st and foremost he is reliable and kept an open line of communication. he was prompt and delivered our beautiful roof timely and as promised. his crew was fantastic. they were like a fine oil machine and had years of experience between them. throughout the process the crew kept our premises clean and free of debris. Great! Paul came to assess the leak within 24 hours of my call. He looked at both interior leak area on ceiling, in attic, and at exterior area on the roof. He determined that leak was not an ongoing problem but a minor one time leak caused by pressure washing of the roof done recently. He recommended I just Kilz and repaint the ceiling. He was here 20 minutes but very kindly did not charge me anything for his inspection and advice :) Attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Paul, and I will definitely call for future all-around house repair needs!

Worst experience ever. This character shows when he feels like it, took money up front, 1000 dollars in fact and it was all down hill from there. I paid the balance while I was on the telephone after he said he was finished. After I had paid him, I realized the works was terrible, painting was amateur hour, paint all over doorknobs, his workers were in training and he rushed them to get out and on to the next. They damaged my vintage trailer by leaning doors against it, they made mess creating issues with my neighbor with the power wash. He still has not completed the job and was resentful I found his promotional rate on the internet of 40 hours with a licensed contractor for 2000 dollars. It takes a lot before I leave a bad review, I gave him time to cure, he kept claiming his workers were coming back...I'd say close to 35 texts later and weeks going by, my patience is expired. I feel compelled to warn others...DO NOT PAY THIS GUY UPFRONT, you will never see him for another three weeks if ever. No one is trained you could get the same help in the Home Depot Parking lot. THE WORST.

I give PandA Restoration an A plus!! It was hard searching through all the typical companies that want to charge exorbitant rates, perform mediocre work, and don’t really care about the customer. I was happy to find PandA, which exceeded all expectations by far. Paul was the first person to email me, was in close contact with me daily, and went over and beyond to work with me on the price (which ended up being about half of what other contractors wanted). He was honest, hardworking, fair, and delivered outstanding results. From now on, I will be contacting PandA only for ALL of my home’s restoration and repair needs.

Paull Soufas and his giys did a great job. They were on time and on budget. Replaced a skylight and re-shingled the roof in 1 day. Then took time to make sure the interior cleaning and sheetrock touchup and painting around the skylight were just right. I will call Paul for any general repairs, maintenance or building I need.

Paul, came out right away to give me an estimate. Once I agreed to the terms, I gave them a date in which he was able to work with me. He showed up on time completed the project perfectly. Definitely will use them on my next project.

Original contract was to fix some termite damage, renovate two bathrooms, a bedroom, and replace the floor of the kitchen. As they got into the work, they found that the termite damage was not as bad as feared, but the roofer did not flash properly which caused other damage. They were very flexible, and I added on to the renovation for complete painting, floor replacement, gutter cleaning, and other damage remediation. We had the usual issues of delays and time management, which created contractual payment problems. In the end, it all worked out and the job got done. I would tell the contractor to make sure he sets proper time expectations, and make sure things are completely spotless when the job is complete. I would use them again for sure, though.

Wonderful job - Paul installed my new floodlight with camera and did a wonderful job!! Also he installed my Tv on my bedroom wall and did a really good job - he made sure everything worked properly before he left and did it in no time. Price was very competitive but was able to come out with a day of calling to schedule !! Would have them back to do any type of job around the house.
