    Smith Air sent Andres out to us to have another look at our AC as the handler coil continues to freeze though a freeze stat was recently installed. Upon his arrival, we noticed how friendly and easy-going he was. After observing and analyzing the unit’s operation, he determined that the freeze stat was connected properly, hence, he was unsure as to why it is not performing well. However, we agreed that adding refrigerant—as we were a bit low—would help to lower the likelihood of the coil freezing until we resolved the freeze stat issue. So, after the refrigerant was added, we quickly noticed the house cooling faster. Over the next several days, we will continue working with Smith Air to hopefully resolve our problems with freeze stats. Throughout Andres’s visit, he was friendly and fully willing to answer all our questions. He also provided professional, sensible explanations which my folks and I appreciated. We are truly grateful for Andres’s help, and we are thankful for Smith Air’s commitment and understanding in working through this strange freeze stat problem. In all my years working with HVAC companies, I have never ben as pleased and impressed as I’ve been with Smith Air. Thanks to you all

    I met with Bryan to measure the space. He was punctual and answered all my questions. I had several email discussions with Ira and discussed sealing the ductwork and plenum, which were in the crawl space. I received the price proposal for the added scope, which I thought was necessary to complete the insulation project. I never felt pressured to accept the added work scope. But I did add it. The installation was scheduled and was completed on schedule. I inspected the area under my house after the installation and found it to be clean of any trash from the spray foam project. The sub floor and the ducts were sealed. The work was done professionally with minimal disruption to me. I would recommend Sunlight Contractors
