Very well. They came in and replaced the unit with no trouble.

Repairman came to fix an air conditioner unit that was not cooling. We had a home repair policy through Old Republic, and when the problem was reported they sent Dalton's to fix it. We only had to pay a $75 deductible.

The repairman arrived wearing blue jean shorts and reeked of cigarette smoke. He complained about Old Republic, saying that lots of paperwork was required for the small fee they received. He asked to use my bathroom, stating that "his back teeth were floating." After finishing the job he returned shortly because he thought he had left a tool behind. The next day he returned again to look for a tool. Made me suspicious.

His fix lasted about a month, with the same unit not cooling. I called Barry's to get it fixed right. Will never use Dalton's again.

Dalton's was able to get to me the same day. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and what he proposed. In addition to the work, he had to deal with the insurer. He made certain that I understood the process, and what he had to get pre-approved. I could not have asked for a nicer person to deal with than Byron. Since I needed a compressor replaced, if I had stayed with the first service provider and waited until Friday for the initial visit I would have been without AC for the entire weekend. I am very happy that I asked for another service provider and got Dalton's. I would definitely do business with them again.

They are very good. They came in the house with a temperature gun and could tell me where the air flows were coming from. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were very prompt coming out and are within one-half mile of my house. I will use them again in the future.
