I really like the Parish Cooling and Heating team that did the install. It is only the 2nd day since the install and trusting all will be well with my new unit.

I would like others to know that their service was fantastic, from the receptionist to the owner/service technician that came out to my home. They were awesome with answering my questions and might I add they were patient as well. The owner/service technician reached my residence within minutes after getting off the phone. The service tech explained what was wrong with my central heating and fixed it accordingly. My central heating is working like it is brand new. I will be using this company for all my central cooling and heating needs.

My air conditioner stop working on a Saturday evening, so I called a well know air conditioner company. They arrived and fixed the system that lasted for 30 minutes after they were gone and charged me a lot of money. On the Monday I called PARISH COOLING AND HEATING immediately I loved their customer service ethics. The person on the other line listened and sent someone out within the hour. The technician was awesome she told me the problem, checked to see if I had warranty, picked up the part and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I 100% recommend Parish Cooling and Heating! Jen and Johnny are the best, and so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure I had a new working furnace and coil by the end of the day, despite some setbacks (not on them) and having to work in the sweltering attic. Their prices are actually reasonable too! I didn't feel taken advantage of at all, which is refreshing. I'll definitely be calling them again with any HVAC needs.

Jen and Johnny were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything going on in great detail. They checked everything thoroughly. Their attitude is very upbeat and friendly. Their attention to detail is top notch. I had a lot of trouble with my A/C unit for several years and worked with a few different companies. By far, working with Parish Cooling and Heating has been the best experience. Since my new unit has been installed, they have followed up to make sure everything is satisfactory.
