"I called in requested a recaulk on my shower they installed back in 2016. Office was very friendly and quick to get me a service ticket out to the repair man! They had him out two days later!! He did a great job and was very friendly! I’ve had no issues with my shower and i love it! And incredibly Thankyou they offer upkeep service like the recaulking to keep it looking beautiful!!!"

My issue came down to the pricing, which ranged from $900 for the ?band aid? option to $2400 for the platinum option. Without anything to go off of in how fair the pricing is, I decided to not be pressured by the $99 fee they charged for the plumber to come out that would be included in the repairs if I decided to go with them. Instead I wanted to get multiple quotes to see the range of pricing options. These guys weren?t even on the high end, they were in another galaxy with prices. I got the entire problem area replaced by another large/professional company in the area for $500. Highly recommend shopping around and maybe going to these guys last so you don?t throw away $99 like I did."
