First of all he was a convicted felon which I did not know.  He came out and gave me a bid and I accepted the bid.  He started working on a Monday and worked a couple days and then he came to me and had to leave early one day to go to the doctor and wanted to come back the next day to work and I told him I had a plumber coming our that day and do not want to have two contractors in the house at the same time.  So at that point he said he could not finish the job if he could not come out the same day the plumber was coming out which was a Friday.  So I said OK just come and pick your tools up and we will pay you on Saturday.  So he showed up Saturday to pick his tools up and get paid but sat in his truck for ever so my husband just went out to get him so he would come inside to get his tools.  When he came in and got all of his tools he was picking up a board in the living room by the front door where I was sitting and swung the board around and came within  inches of hitting me in the head.  At that point we asked him if he had all of his tools so he would get out of the house.  But I told him I would not pay him until he got the toilet from the back of the house and brought it to the front of the house.  After he threw the toilet on the porch he gave us our bill.  He wanted us to pay him all but $45.00 dollars form the bid but we figured out the work he did and said we would only pay $115.00.  He got mad and said if we did not pay him he would bash my windows of my car in and I told him I would call the police on him.  He threatened me and said he would take me with him.  At that point we wrote a check for $115.00 and told him to leave.  I later found out of another lady that is taking him court for a bad job he did. He also cussed her out in Lowe's.  He also has several convictions against him and several judgments for bad work he has done.
