"Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the scope of work that was needed to remedy my problem at this time. However, I was in constant contact with Chad who provided friendly, helpful and professional support. He sent someone to my home to inspect the attic, free of charge. The expert answered all of our questions and concerns and provided us with invaluable information on a/c duct cleaning. I have discussed with Chad my reasons for not having the work done now and we’ve agreed to touch base again in January. I was exceptionally pleased with Hagerman LLC and its contact person, Chad. "Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."
