George has worked for us before so we were comfortable hiring him to prime and coat the roof of our pole barn. He had the work completed within days of contacting him. The job was completed quickly and we were very satisfied with the results.

They done an excellent job I'm very satisfied it was very fast and efficient there was no mess when they left just like they was never there I would highly recommend them

Swartz painting did a wonderful job painting my barn roof. It took them longer to paint it (2 days instead of 1) and more paint than expected but he held to the agreed price. The paint and workmanship was top of the line. The roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. Thanks George!

Mr. George was excellent to work with. He answered the phone/returned messages. He was easy to work with and even allowed us to negotiate. We had some small roof damage from Hurricane Ida that he fixed for us: replaced wind turbines, replaced damaged/missing shingles, repaired a busted soffit from our fascia, and secured some flashing that had come up from the wind. We have had quite a few rains since he has been out, and we are leak free. Thank you, Mr. George.

Mr. Swartz and his son along with two helpers were to kill weeds, clean, and seal my brick pavers. Mr. Swartz said they had done this many times, he gave me an estimate of what they would do. they worked for about a day and a half when they finished only the son, James, and the two helpers were here. The brick pavers were not cleaned and sealed, they had pulled the grass growing between the pavers not put weed killer on that. They sprayed something but now I know it was water. They did not know what they were doing, my yard was a mess. James said it would look better once it rained on it. I was a little afraid of him because he acted weird. When his dad was not around he said we redid and I want to get paid. My pavers were a mess. He came into my home and demanded a check made out to him, I paid him knowing I would never see him again. I would have to hire someone else to correct his mess. I am suing them in small claims court. These people are a bunch of liars, do not hire them. they will not take my calls, I did get thru once and James told me to stop bothering them. He said you are not getting a refund or anything else, and hung up.

friendly, great explanation, no question about quality, courteous workers, maybe slightly expensive but reasonable, I did not shop the price, but well worth the $$ for the honesty of their work and NO need to oversee all day long

Arrived early,power washing both front and back of home 2nd floor veranda's, sanded and then painted handrails and spindles white as requested, second part was to painted deck flooring and underneath in chestnut, also 12 window shutters. followed up with necessary touch-up that were needed. father and son team. I checked out 3 companies and one was double the price charged by Swartz & Son. They pressure washed, primed, and painted outside of a brick home. Work was done on time, in a professional manner, and the father/son team are very respectful. After months of trying to find someone I decided to try this page. James called right away came and bid the job and even found us a handyman to complete some wood rot on the siding. They were alawys on time and worked hard. Love the job they did. Great service, great price!

George s Painting &Roof Repair is a family of pro s . I contacted George Monday evening after someone else did not show up,he was here Tuesday morning.My roof was repaired by lunch. I then hired him to paint my house. His crew was here the next morning and were through before dark.Great job,great company,Great Family
