He explained everything clearly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I found the pricing to be very fair, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Having these new outlets and wires is going to make using my tools and equipment much more convenient, and it's a huge relief to have reliable power in all three areas. "Loomis met and exceeded all of my requirement and expectations. 1st I live out of state thus throughout the entire transaction/installation we communicated via cell phone and email. I needed a fast diagnosis bam they were there in two days. Together we determined more cost effective longterm to replace unit. Living in Colorado the cost for installation of same Goodman unit was $2,000 more. So Loomis was cost effective, installation was flawless and customer satisfaction thru the roof. Top it off they asked if I wanted ac unit anchored to platorm? We live on water and got hit hard by Ida. I said yes how much? Drum roll please. No charge. Sorry to be long winded however I have written my fair share of poor reviews for service and products. With that said great companies need kudos when they excel at their jobs.
