The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and he was diligent about making sure everything was working properly before leaving. "Loomis met and exceeded all of my requirement and expectations. 1st I live out of state thus throughout the entire transaction/installation we communicated via cell phone and email. I needed a fast diagnosis bam they were there in two days. Together we determined more cost effective longterm to replace unit. Living in Colorado the cost for installation of same Goodman unit was $2,000 more. So Loomis was cost effective, installation was flawless and customer satisfaction thru the roof. Top it off they asked if I wanted ac unit anchored to platorm? We live on water and got hit hard by Ida. I said yes how much? Drum roll please. No charge. Sorry to be long winded however I have written my fair share of poor reviews for service and products. With that said great companies need kudos when they excel at their jobs. Thanks again and when my daughters two ac units need replacement you will be our first and last call. Karl"

"I can’t say enough good things about this company. My hot water heater went out the week of Thanksgiving and they were able to fit me in and replace it before the holiday. Everyone I met was super nice and extremely helpful. I would (and will) recommend them to everyone!"
