This company and the workers were the best of the best. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, cleaned up everything after they were done, and the roofs look great. But first, we met with Eddie, who was everything and more that you would want in a contractor. He met with us on the day he was contacted, he inspected both residences, he gave us the quotes, and then worked with us to get the best price possible. He always responded timely and completely. He was one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever met, with a positive vibe and gentle nature. He paid attention to what we wanted, and you can't help but to notice his intent to serve. No concerns before or after. I will consult them in the future for other projects as they do several types of renovation and construction work.

I found my "go to" guys for home repair and upgrades! Truly professionals, they do what they say their going to do. Price was very fair and they didn't waste time. This contractor does it all. He did a wonderful job on our roof. He does everything you need around your house. After the roof I hired him to paint our kitchen. I love the work he did on both jobs.

Ed, Melissa, and their crew are amazing. We had the contract signed right before Hurricane Francine and roofing materials were delivered to my home bright and early the morning following the storm. My house had its roof assembled so quickly and all messes cleaned up. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am still surprised there were no delays due to weather. I will be using them in the future for other repairs I need on my home! If I could give 10 stars I would!! In addition Ed has such a work ethic and doesnâ t slack the slightest bit. He puts his heart and soul into his company.

Eddie the representative for E&M is attentive to details taking before showing close up pictures of issues that indicated areas needing attention and potential to raise the cost of repair if certain situations exist once the old shingles were removed Mr Eddie went on the roof with his crew to make sure they were OK with the HEAT and make sure they were drinking water and took breaks often because of the excessive heat. They normally would do this job in one day but due to their heat more breaks were required. Day One - Dumpster Arrived and Material arrived Eddie personally checked inventory to make verify it was complete. Day Two- due to extreme heat he advised me he could not get a full crew due the heat slowing the team down. I agreed Day Three - Crew here at 6:30 AM ripping the shingles off. Lost one man about two hours into it and another at 1 or 2 pm in the afternoon due to Heat. When I came home at 6 PM they were were starting to wind down removing covers that was protecting the ground from nails and debris that may fall off the roof. Day Four - at 6:30 AM they were back on the job and by12:45 PM I was walking around with Eddie to check it out. All was well except he noticed the cap had a hole big enough to let a rodent through. Happy customer. Workerâ s started at 6:30 AM the crew was ripping the shingles off

Highly recommended. This was for a metal roof repair. Eddie was fantastic and explained everything along the way and provided pictures to back it all up. I think a little expensive â ¦ but I remembered the maxim â you get what you pay forâ , so weâ ll see. But overall great!

E&M is by far the most reliable and Eddie is the most Honest and sincere person. Definitely is very talented and generous. Even gave me a military discount without asking. The work was outstanding, the roofing crew very polite and professional. Right away I could tell em was going to be my contracting company not only for the roof but for other matters as well. This is a company that cares about their customers not the bottom line.
