Do not use them. They take your money and cannot even return phone calls or text messages in regards to the problem when they did not complete the job correctly.

Mr Morgan of Mag Construction was very knowledgeable and when I had questions about what he would do and where on my roof he drew a picture to explain it all. Took time to explain everything I asked, which was a lot. He and his helper were very courteous and friendly. I was so impressed with his knowledge and demeanor I asked Mr Morgan to look at another area on my house that needed some repair. I will contact him again when I am ready to have it repaired.

Great work. They found some other problems that previous gutter installers did. Could not be more pleased. Outstanding work and a really good price for all they did.

MAG took a week-long project and extended it from about Nov. 2022 to Feb. 2023. I am not exactly sure why. We had some issues along the way but resolved each amicably. We also had weather issues along with vehicle issues. I would hire him and his crew again.

Very professional showed up as scheduled finished work and cleaned up.

I got no proposal before the job, he looked my job and told me all the things he would do and then he gave me a bill for what he did those 2 days and he thought it was finished.

Ed and his crew handled my project with professionalism and understanding. He walked my parents through what was necessary and made suggestions to address problems that had existed from the original construction. All leaks are fixed and now we can proceed with fixing the resulting problems, which Ed gave suggestions for how to fix and who to use, though he does not do that work any more. He stayed in budget and didn't try to up-sell unnecessary work. He was very helpful in explaining what he was seeing on the roof and what it would take to remediate the damage, and to try to prevent similar going forward. I highly recommend Ed and MAG, and if a storm should damage our house again, he will be my first contractor call.

May 31, 2022, If you have the extra time, MAG is recommended. If you need it done quickly, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I do not see a place to add my photos dated photos to this review. The owner was extremely upfront and responsive when bidding for job. Price was not as transparent as my other bidders. Once he was awarded the project all hell broke loose. He knows a lot about what he is doing. He is not the best at tracking costs and staying on the job. He got extremely offensive when I questioned him about the extra materials on the site. He also accused us of taking some of the material left on the site. I used my brothers expertise (over 20 years in construction) to help me ask questions. The communication was horrible in getting him to respond to the unfinished job. We started this process in February and ended May 27, 2022, an indication they took on more jobs that he was able to manage. Oh, now I must pay someone to clean up the jobsite mess. Therefore, I am over budget of almost $1,000.00 from where we started. Keep a closer eye on your project than I was able to. Remember what I said...

Very competentâ ¦ very attentive to details.definitely will hire them again if we need ay roof repair work. We have a tile roof that needed minor repairs. We have had damage since hurricane. Idaâ ¦ no one wanted to take on small jobs or could work on tile roofs. We were desperate and Ed and his company could have charged us almost any price and we would have paidâ ¦ but he was honest and gave us a very competitive bid.

I had hurricane Ida damage after a tree fell on the house. While the bigger type companies including the company that replaced my whole roof in 2017, would not repair the damage because according to them it was "too minor/small of a job". Mag did the job of replacing several feet of shingles, broken rafters, eaves, facia, and gutter work at a reasonable price.
