"I hired Jeremy through the Angi app to replace worn out hardware and connector hose on my toilet. He was prompt and on time for the appointment. However, he did not complete the job. He changed the hardware on my toilet but did not change the connector hose. He said he was going to Lowes to buy one and would be right back. He never came back.
