This is the 3rd time in the last month that I have used Ducote Plumbing and 4th time overall.

I called Kevin at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon, he arrived at my house around 4. He was able to clear a slow draining bathroom sink. He then tested it to make sure it was clear. He was done in about in about 30 minutes. I was relieved that I didn't have a collapsed drain line and need extensive work. Thanks Kevin.

Mr. Ducote was very friendly, punctual, polite and professional.  He did the job promptly and professionally and charged us a very reasonable price for his work.  He had to find a tank lid to fit our older toilet and found it and came and replaced it the following day.  I will definitely use his services from now on for any plumbing problems I have.  I highly recommend him.

Good job and came out right away when water heater broke. I will use again should I need a plumber.

I use Brown plumbing on a regular basis.  They are dependable and helpful.  Sometimes even walking me through the process to save me a little.  Most recently I had them install a hot water heater.  That experience wasn't as smooth as I lost some time due to confusion around who was supposed to contact city for inspection, but in fairness, it could be that I misunderstood.  They removed the old hot water heater too, which was nice.

This plumbing service is A+.  I called Kevin late Friday around 5pm, about a faucet that won't stop leaking.  I usually do the work myself, but it was out of my league.  This bathtub faucet was an old model made in the sixties.  Kevin told me he would be glad to come by around 8 am Saturday morning and fix the problem.  I was surprised that he would work on Saturdays.  Unfortunately we were going out of town so we schedule him to come by Monday.  He examined the problem got the parts, and fixed it very quickly.  He even explained what was causing the problem, so I learned something in the process.  I would definitely call Ducote plumbing if I run into another problem.

He is an individual plumber. He came out for a couple of things. He had to fix the hot water heater and that cost $ 90. He had to fix the toilet and it cost me about $ 180 for just the parts. He changes the diode in my hot water heater. The hot water was leaking and it was horrible. As soon as I called him, he knew what it was. He ordered the part and got that changed. He drained the hot water heater. He put a new one in there and that made all the difference in the world. He is good and a honest person. He tells you the truth. If you don’t need anything he is not going to sell you anything. He is just a nice guy and he did a good job. He did everything that he supposed to. The experience was fine. I would use him again in the future.
