Customers say: Quick response

"The Stafford brothers do top quality work for a reasonable price. They show up when they say they will and they work with precision. You will not have to worry about the quality of work if you hire these guys. They added 300 ft2 on to my home with a kitchen. It was a pretty major project for me. My wife and I are very pleased with these guys. They helped me out a lot and made the process easy. The Staffordâ s actually do all the carpentry work on the project. Most companies you will call will subcontract out the entire project and charge you a 15% fee on top. If your looking for top quality without getting gouged call these guys."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Ensures adherence to local building codes and customized designs to fit personal needs.

Dekton is worth the money for homeowners who want a nonporous countertop that resists heat, stains, water, scratches, and UV damage. It comes in a wide array of colors and patterns at various price points to suit different renovation budgets. Dekton is not worth the cost for homeowners who are particularly worried about chipping or cracking.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

The costs depend on the type of wood, labor, roofing material, permits, and whether additional storage or enclosed walls are included.

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.
