"This project was to replace some subfloor in my moms house. They showed up everyday when they where scheduled. Did the project in a very minimally avassive manner not disturbing her at all. They performed high quality work and I have never seen a contractor clean up as they performed the work and at the end of the day housekeeping was the best I have ever seen. You could not tell they had been there not 1 piece of dust left behind. I would strongly recommend Todd to do any project."

"Had the leveling done first, came out very good and stayed on budget. Other than a few days of rain it was done on time. The leveling caused cracks in the walls and ceilings inside so I hired them to do that and get it painted which was done very good as well. For the most part I was able to stay in touch with the contractor throughout the job, toward the end there were a couple of miscommunications that happened but the job came out pretty good. When I got to David Devall’s company information I was very impressed with all the excellent reviews and the extensive photo gallery displaying his past work. David’s estimate was basically half that of the first estimate and he started the job about 5 weeks later when all the materials arrived. The first day was spent removing the old shower and preparing the stud walls for the new surface material. He finished the job 3 days after that. David is extremely talented and new just how to resolve all the unforeseen challenges that arose after removing the old shower.
