"They were very diligent in what they did. They cleaned all my air ducts. They made sure everything was done completely and properly even when other people that gave me estimates said "well we cannot do that duct because we cannot reach it". They found ways of doing it and they made sure that everything was done properly. They went well beyond what they said they would do. They did a great job on cleaning my carpet also. They did things that were not even part of what they were hired to do. We were talking about a chandelier I had and they said "that is pretty dusty" and I said it was too high I cannot reach it. They said  "oh I can reach it", and he got up and cleaned my chandelier for me. It was not anything that we had discussed before they came up to do the job. They also did my dryer vent free of charge.  They charged a little more but the quality of their work and the extra care they did was well worth it.. "Work was done well and professionally.  First visit was delayed due to another job, He called prior to schedule and reset at our convienence.  Work was very well done.  Only able to tell where the work was due to very minimal color difference in carpet piece, but seam is flat and not visible.  Very friendly during the work and explained what he was doing when I asked.
