We highly recommend Kentucky Clean Air. We had previously tried two other air duct cleaning services at prior homes. One lacked professionalism and both were mediocre in quality, so we were pretty hesitant to try out another one. We can honestly say though that Kentucky Clean Air surpassed the other companies in every way including knowledge, quality, professionalism, and customer service. Every person we encountered, from the person who provided our phone quote to the two technicians who cleaned out our ductwork to the owner, was super professional, informative, and friendly. The price was also reasonable. The two technicians who came to our home performed the work in a timely manner and continually kept us apprised of their progress. Additionally, they discovered a few issues with our ductwork connections to the vents of which we were unaware. They even went so far as to fix the issues that did not require an HVAC professional. After the service was completed, we had some follow-up questions, so we contacted the company and promptly received a call back from the owner, Chad. The level of customer support provided was incredible (above and beyond what probably 90% of companies offer nowadays). He clearly takes pride in his company, cares about his customers' satisfaction, and has a level of integrity that is extremely rare in today's world. We cannot say enough good things about him and his company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The workers clearly did not want to be here. When asked how the drive from Lexington was, one replied, "Long." Other attempts at small talk was met with monosyllabic responses. They asked about a place to set out their equipment and I guided them to the dining room which they said was fine. I was curious about exactly how they were going to get their brushes through all the duct work, but they didn't seem to be able to explain. turns out they had to drag the large piece of equipment upstairs, to the basement and around the main floor. I stayed out of their way. They took a couple of before and after pictures to show what had changed. Turns outs, my ducts were not that dirty to begin with.. i had chosen this company because it was the only one that said they cleaned up any mold or mildew I spoke with a representative and specifically asked if they serviced the Louisville area, as their address is in Lexington. The representative said they would do "select" homes. He asked me several questions about my house - number of floors, type of furnace, square footage and gave me an estimate over the phone. In hindsight, I should have looked harder to find someone in Louisville, so that I would not inconvenience the workers. After they left, we went around and looked at all the registers. A couple had not been screwed back in place, but just pushed in, the screws nearby.

The technicians that came to clean my dryer vent probably kept my house from eventually catching fire. I had no idea all that stuff was in my vent work! I have always faithfully cleaned the screen after each load, but the piles of stuff that they cleaned out... I couldn’t believe. I will definitely be calling these guys every couple years. They were GREAT!

They were very polite, professional and did a thorough job. They were also very careful around my property and kept their shoes covered while they were in my home. I'm a retired HVAC professional and Kentucky Clean Air is best that I've found in central Kentucky.

It was great! A whole team came, on time, and worked diligently and professionally until they had finished. Everybody knew their job and got right to it. I have mold in my basement that has spread throughout that level. Since their cleaning, when I've gone downstairs to work on the mold it actually seems to have receded! I thought the price was high at first, but when I saw them in action I thought it was quite reasonable. And now I would say it was well worth it!

First, they called last night to confirm and gave a brief summary of what we could expect. They were punctual, arrived at 8:30am. The were here till about 1:30pm. They worked hard. No talking, no cell phones, just worked to get the job done. Before I signed the check, I was shown three before and after pictures of the ducts. What an amazing difference! It was recommended that the process be done again in 4 to 6 years. It was suggested that we have someone come out and clean the furnace.

I can't say enough good things about this company, from the time i contacted them until they arrived i was kept informed. the team came on time, went right to work and did not stop until the job was done.  my home furnishing were well protected, the crew were friendly and informative. i would recommend this company to anyone. they cleaned 17  units, 5 returns, 2 central air units and went into the attic to insure i had air flow to all rooms, in addition they added sanitizer to the units, the house smells wonderful. all of my units are ceiling. you can't go wrong using this company.

It was a very pleasant experience.  Chad was very easy to work with to schedule the cleaning.  His team was very efficient and polite.  David (?), team lead for the day, took pictures of my duct work to show me the difference.  He also found a problem at the exit of the furnace.  There is mold/mildew on the duct work.  I am renting the home and will contact the landlord about that.  This rental property is about 10 - 12 years old.  There was a good size dog living in the house before us.  Before that, I have no idea.  That was the deciding factor to get the ducts clean.  It gave me peace of mind.  Thank you Chad and David!!
