"the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job. Travis showed up on time as promised and was well prepared for the initial meeting, traveling from Independence to California, KY. He gave a fair and reasonable estimate and was very personable and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He and his helper did a great job on the wall prep, pressure washing, wood repair, painting and staining. They went above and beyond, kept me well-informed on the progress and were very easy to work with. I would hire this Company again."
