As a realtor and getting houses on the market in a timely manner, my clients needed drywall patched before listing. Patch King was prompt to answer my calls and was able to get my clients in the next day. Work was completed on time and looked like new. The whole team was very professional attentive to our needs.

Their estimate was reasonably priced. They were able to start my repairs within a day of the estimate. They showed up on time for the job and kept my house and the work site clean. Their communication and customer service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend them.

the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job. Thet came out on a Sunday and quoted the job then they were back on Tuesday and done the work. It was finished in a timely matter.

They did a great job. The estimate was great.

Project took longer than projected but still a good job.

Awful experience. Apparently the warranty means nothing as well as the owner has not responded to my messages about the corners cracking since no tape was used there. Find someone else for your drywall needs.

Dry wall quality was very poor. Installer did not properly blend seams of dry wall, dropped the dry wall lift and damaged our floors, did not lay floor covering and damaged floors

Overall, very pleased with the work that was done.

Carlos did a great job removing a DYI popcorn ceiling in a small bathroom that a previous owner left. He also painted the ceiling after the removal and patched a large hole in the garage left by a broken garage spring.

He arrived on time, Begin repairing my ceiling, waited until it dried, cleaned-up and left. Very experienced young man, excellent work, I am very pleased.

Two rooms completely had walls resurfaced (paneling and wallpaper removal) and they look great! Kathy and Justin were very nice and accommodating.

Good service. Poor communication though and some confusion and debate about which areas they were supposed to fix. I would have liked to see more detailed notes taken so there would be less debate at end of project.

Excellent work for a very fair price. Schedule is a little backed up, may be a week or so to get on it, but i think it's a sign that they have a lot of customers but expedite their work without any loss of quality. Quotes are good for several months. I had a quote for some optional work and 2 weeks later I went ahead and had them come back out for the optional work. Also, dry wall tech didn't mind being watched while i was downstairs a bit on the second day, as i was a bit curious on some of the finer points of patch fixing. They don't hide anything from the customer or cut corners. Would hire again in an instant.
