"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

"Darwin Paredes, Construction Manager, and his partner completed the work promptly. They completed the work on September 8, 2021 and I paid them the full amount they charged me. I immediately called Darwin Paredes on the phone and told him I would appreciate it if he would come over and look at the roof. I expressed my concern that the new shingles did not fully match the old ones. I thought it would be better perhaps if full shingles were used so that the patchwork would not be quite so obvious. I spoke with Darwin a few times and he said he would look at the roof. He did not come back to look at it. I left a few more messages on his phone's voice mail and sent him two emails. He did not respond."
