the pre-appointment agreement included the clothes dryer vents to be cleaned (in 2 houses) that was not completed

I was a little skeptical about duct cleaning but after Levi and Jeff (my technician) showed me my before and after photos, I see it was clearly worth it! Everyone I dealt with from Essential Air was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I think Levi and Jeff did a great job and let me know everything they would be doing. I would recommend them to anyone!
