"I contacted them and got a price and scheduled a date for a few days later. Their price is based on the number of registers. When they arrived it was determined that I had neglected to include the cold air return registers (7) in my count but Bob agreed to go ahead and complete the job at the agreed price. There were a total of 38 registers in my ranch home. The cost came to $679. They took approximately 3 hours to do the job.show more

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service.show more

"Kurt and his team did a good job of replacing the stone work and installing the door and mantle. It looks quite nice now that it is done. But if you are doing any work in an existing site, be prepared to hire another contractor to finish the job behind them. They don't do drywall work, or carpentry, or electrical. This would have been OK if they had stated it up front. But they did not. The bid for $6300 stated that we would have a complete job. Only after the job was half done, did they start telling me all the things they "don't do." In fact they didn't even want to clean up the mortar that was splattered on the new stone and walls until I insisted.show more
