They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. "Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"

LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"
