JB Construction Innovations

We hired JB Construction Innovations to do a complete renovation on an older home in Frankfort KY - we took a 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with their help. We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up. We would absolutely use them again. This home was purchased to utilize as an AirBNB and we are up and operational and doing well. Thank you to Daniel Rufus and the entire team for making the process as stress free as possible. Oh and did I mention we love out of state so they did all this without us being there the whole time. Awesome company to work with. Did an excellent job with my deck and bathroom. Professional service, knowledgeable and responsive. My deck is like a whole new area of my home now and we love it! Our bathroom was way beyond needing upgrades and they did everything just the way I wanted! I will definitely get a quote for our next project!

All work was performed as agreed and in a timely manner and at a good price. After the work was complete, everything was neat and clean. They were very friendly and able to answer any question that I had. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on hiring them again.
