Everything went great. From customer services to the workman, professional and courtesy on all counts. Price was great it included parts and labor. Have them coming back to do some more work for me. You can't go wrong.

Took old faucet out first without looking at new faucet to see if it would be operable and it would not work. Had to replace old faucet so nothing accomplished.

I have used them twice for fixing an outdoor faucet and unclogging pipes. They are there within a reasonable time, knowledgeable and are the only ones I'll call for plumbing stuff now.

Excellent. Knowledgable, on time, even help me out on a small issue I had on one of the bathroom and didn't even charge me for that. I purchased heater through Home Depot. Charge me what they said they would. I had order a water heater through Lowe's but my experience with them and their plumbing contractor didn't go as well and I had to cancelled that order. Rapid turned out to be family owned and operated and I will recommend them!

I snaked it for a good while which ended in frustration. I went to Angie's List and found Rapid Plumbing. I called and was encouraged to hear that someone would be out in a couple of hours. A very nice man named Jason arrived on time just as promised and within a couple hours the drain was flowing normal. I am impressed with their punctuality, service and professionalism. I will not hesitate to call on them again. High marks from me.
