Technician promised to return Friday, @ 9/9:30am, to complete the job. We texted the company around 10:30, and he called 30 min later and arrived 10min later. 3.? Technician declined to file in a hole left in the wall with insulation foam.? Had to call the company, to get them to return to fill in the hole on another day. 4. The thermostat was installed without a cover plate to cover the markings on the wall left by the old thermostat.? They didn't offer a cover plate to cover the markings during the install.? After contacting the company about the cover plate, they returned and installed a cover plate free of charge."
