"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far.

The thermostat was installed without a cover plate to cover the markings on the wall left by the old thermostat.? They didn't offer a cover plate to cover the markings during the install.? After contacting the company about the cover plate, they returned and installed a cover plate free of charge."
