"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far.

"I discovered a drain leak in between my tub and slab floor. There is little to no access to that area without cutting out drywall or removing the tub. I definitely did not want to attempt installation myself in such a tight area. I called Dauenhauer plumbing on a Sunday. They sent somebody out immediately, and didn’t even charge a weekend rate!
