I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I had four people give me a bids, with a high bid of $8000. Marty actually made two trips out to the cabin and brought with him Mike the second time. They came up with a way that I could do it myself for less than $200. I ve owned this cabin since 2005 and I ve spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of work done on it. "Joshua and team were so pleasant to work for. Where do I even start. From consultation to finished projects, Josh was very communicative and knowledgeable. I'm a recently new homeowner and have many questions and Honey-do tasks. Josh helped wittle my list down some. Firstly, I had a huge pine tree that came down during high winds and had crushed my fence. It left a huge stump on my yard. Josh used his excavator to remove the stump, carry all of the downed limbs to my burn pile, and made the yard look like a yard again. When then started looking at other multiple projects. He mentioned to me about fixing my bumpy yard for a future project. He is helping fix my broken chain link fence. Offered me some tree service ideas. Helped me hang some tvs including one outside on my patio. He gave me great ideas for landscaping my pool and then delivered some mulch and made my backyard to stay looking pretty. All of his staff and family were plesant to work for. He even recommended another certified Angi pro to help open my pool.
