"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. "The provider did an excellent job. Knowing what I sent him, I could hardly believe how beautiful the refinished desk was. He stripped the desk, repaired some damage, refinished the desk, and cleaned the brass pulls. His work is absolutely fantastic.
He also picked up the desk and delivered.
I had a coupon for a $199.00 credit, but even without it I would consider his work well worth the price.
The one caveat that I have is the provider is a craftsman, not a businessman, hence the lower marks for punctuality and responsiveness. He does amazing work, but he does it on his own schedule. If you need something refinished or restored within a certain time frame, he is probably not the provider for you. But if you are interested in fine craftsmanship and can wait for it, I would recommend this provider very highly.
