"Rafael and his crew did an excellent job removing wallpaper, patching, and painting. Baseboards were replaced throughout the house and the work was done with care. He noticed things that needed attention, such as old ceiling tiles that needed replacing and did the work. I was especially impressed that I could rely on Rafael and his crew to be at the house doing the work, even though I was coordinating his services from another town. He communicated promptly and even sent pictures of the progress. I am thankful for his services."

"Carlos Garcia's Hometown Floor Covering. LLC laid 755 sq ft of 3/4" solid wood floor in my house in Oct 2022. It has buckled at the walls, and throughout the house the planks are uneven and raised. I have attempted to connect Carlos by phone, email and on Facebook, but he has blocked me. I had 2 floor installers over to make repairs, and both told me the whole floor needs to be replaced. The flooring supplier who assigned Carlos Garcia to me no longer use him. As my discussion with them, they told Carlos he was to stay at the job site, and he didn't. It was obvious his men were untrained, and they couldn't speak English. I had to buy 3 more boxes of flooring because of improper cutting. When I wrote his check he wanted it in his personal name. Carlos Garcia has bad business practices. On his business web page, he "guarantees his work" and he implies he's not a 'shady contractor'! I warned Carlos Garcia, Hometown Floor Covering, LLC months I would send out bad reviews. "

"Wonderful people! They offer services in both English and Spanish. They were so quick in getting us in and the job done. Gave us all our options regardless of if it would make them more money or not. We had tile originally in the area, they came in and put down the extra flooring to match what we already have. You literally canâ t tell it wasnâ t originally this way. 10/10 recommend them."

He was able to source the flooring we wanted and got it delivered quickly. They started install on the day that was promised and stayed late after finding the floors needed to be leveled. When he found an issue with some damaged floorboards, he sent pictures immediately and explained what needed to be done. He sent pictures and was in touch at every step. Did I mention the flooring? It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I have not seen one flaw in the workmanship. When I inquired about how to protect the floors for the upcoming movers, he was kind enough to make an extra stop to bring us paper & plastic to cover our floors and steps. Working with Carlos was a wonderful experience!"
