"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

Everything is expensive but I thought they were a little pricey. I looked up cost of the system they installed and the overall price I paid was twice the cost of the sump pump. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
