"The company was able to give us an appointment the same day we desperately needed our sump pump replaced. I was surprised at how quick they could help us. The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very friendly and kind. The tech that arrived was timely and very helpful. He removed our old sump pump and replaced it with a new one. The only reason I am rating them a B instead of an A is because we could not believe how high the cost was for this project. We were not expecting to spend this amount especially just before the holidays. We truly believe the cost was over the top. With that being said, we are satisfied with the work performed and the quality of this company's customer service.
