After a less than stellar experience with another contractor, we reached out to Perfect Pools to install our above ground pool... they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and just all-around great folks... the communication before, during and after installation was greatly appreciated... would highly recommend them to anyone for a pool installation...

Betsy was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with right from the start. She was so helpful and obviously knew her stuff. As new pool owners, she walked us through and explained each step of the process and thoroughly reviewed with us what we needed to do. Not only was her team professional and prompt, but they were able to move our installation up a full week prior to the original date. Her team of installers took the time to teach us best practices for operating our new pool. There was a small hiccup when one of the pieces of our railing was broken but the team returned the next day with a replacement part and wrapped everything up very efficiently. There have been a few questions that have popped up since the install, and Betsy has continued to provide support and answer our questions without delay. We highly recommend Perfect Pools.

The scheduler was terrific! She kept me in the lop, was respectful, told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do (buy sand, etc.) The weather was terrible so that pushed back installation. But I was always kept up to date. The actual installation was quick and well done.
