Carpet Cleaning
The second time he visited, he kept pitching other sales options to me, such as duct cleaning, extra sanitizing, etc. I wish he had just concentrated on cleaning what I had asked him to clean.

Air Duct Cleaning
In short, I got taken. They had a coupon in the mail for a $49 air duct cleaning, but they stated that I had extra vent lines and the cost doesn't include a motor cleaning. Then they claimed that I had excessive mold, so an expensive fungicide was needed. Of course, they put you on the spot and make you feel like your family will die from breathing in mold spores if you don't go along. Later I researched duct cleaning online and found out that the EPA doesn't recommend it except for rare circumstances. Furthermore, mold spores can't be killed by applying fungicide, so that was a scam as well. Moreover, my ducts didn't even look very shiny after they were cleaned (despite the coupon before and after shots). Stay away from these guys.

Air Duct Cleaning
Coupon stated "whole house for $49.00", but the job ended up costing $284.00 because they insisted all the vents (even in basement) needed to be cleaned also. Were only here for an hour and all they used was a large shop vac.
