 + 0 moreHe came at the appointed time, cleaned the vent and trimmed the grill. Its working well now. I was very happy with Bob and the service; he was helpful, efficient, and very responsive in setting up the appointment. I can't really address the cost since I did no price shopping; I would presume that they're all about the same. I would certainly use him again.
Description of Work: Needed our dryer duct cleaned. For some reason the duct cap had grillwork behind the flaps, presumably there to keep critters out, but served only as a nuisance trapping lint. Called Green Clean Air because of good reviews and talked to Bob. He said to send him a picture of the cap and grill, which I did. He got back and said that he could just trim away the grill leaving the flaps and there would be no problem.

 + 0 moreWhen I called to make the appointment I spoke to Bob, the owner, and explained what needed to be done. He gave me an approximate price, which came pretty close to the final cost. In addition to what is very fair pricing, he gave us a 5% senior discount. Bob and his helper arrived promptly, went straight to work and completed the job as agreed.
Description of Work: Our dryer duct became clogged and was full of lint. This caused the duct to rust and deteriorate. The bad duct needed to be replaced and the remaining duct needed to be cleaned.

 + -1 moreI contacted them and got a price and scheduled a date for a few days later. Their price is based on the number of registers. When they arrived it was determined that I had neglected to include the cold air return registers (7) in my count but Bob agreed to go ahead and complete the job at the agreed price. There were a total of 38 registers in my ranch home. The cost came to $679. They took approximately 3 hours to do the job.

 + 0 moreScheduling was a breeze, and they even came out on a Saturday to do the work. Bob (the owner) and Tyler showed up on time on the scheduled day. They first explained the entire process and answered all of our questions. Bob even made a couple recommendations regarding the heating system in our home. They updated us through the entire process, which took about 4 hours. They moved all of the furniture back after the work was complete and cleaned up any messes. I felt the price was competitive for the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

 + 0 moreRobert, the owner was very professional. He had an assistant, Tyler, who was very polite and courteous. Robert explained everything that was going on and answered any question (s) that I had. Both Robert and Tyler worked very well together. When the job was complete, which took about 4-4 1/2 hours, Tyler cleaned up any messes that were made. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Description of Work: Clean out air duct for entire house. He did a great job and took the time to explain the process. I almost went with the cheaper guys but he explained the whole bait and switch game the other company plays. I validated that by doing a quick internet search. He really takes care of your house and furniture. For example one of the registers was over our master bed and he was to use large plastic cover to protect the bed. He was able to protect our wood floors. We were very happy with the process.

They brought their equipment {very clean equipment and carried it were it went} in and got busy. 4 hours later, after explaining what they did and the work they preformed, they was on their. there was 1 concern with the furnace and they will be back out to fix it for me.Job well done.

 + -1 moreThe company didn't return 2 phone calls when I tried to set up an appointment to have our windows cleaned (rude), so I assume they don't want my repeat business.
Description of Work: I have given this company an "A" in the past. They cleaned my windows in 2010 and 2011, and I was very pleased. I called again in September of this year, 2012, to arrange another date for washing our windows. The first time I called, I identified myself to the gentleman, but he told me was driving and would call me back in an hour or 2. He didn't call back. I called again the next day and left a message on the company's voice mail, but no one ever called me back. If a company doesn't return 2 calls, I have to assume they don't want my business, so I have contracted a new company to wash our windows.

 + -1 moreI like everything about them. They are personable, the gentlemen who owns the company, Bob, is very polite and careful with anything around the windows they are washing. Anything they have to move to do their job, they make sure to put back. They take great care to clean up after themselves, and respect me and my property. To top everything off, the work they do is always great! The rates they offer are very friendly and competitive.
