Found out the problem and solved it. Replaced a wire damaged by another contractor and replaced a breaker also damaged by the other contractor.

I hired ACM when another electrician failed to complete the job after weeks of work. ACM came in, gave me an excellent price , started immediately and finished in two days. The work was impeccable and Abraham is an honest and trustworthy contractor. I would recommend ACM as the best electrician I have worked with.
