Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. We didn't hire them because their quality of products was too high for our space. More suited to high end homes. If ours was a $700,000+ home I wouldn't hesitate to hire them , but a 1200 square foot starter/downsize condo doesn't command that level of quality. Same reason I didn't choose quartz or granite when I replaced our countertops."

The door was no longer functional and outdated. They had a custom door made to perfectly fit the existing build out. The new installation was a two door single motion exit door with windows. They installed it and painted it to perfectly match my building exterior. I even added a small entry ramp for deliveries and they handled it perfectly.
