Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. He wore shoe covers showing respect for our home. Very professional and knowledgeable about the company products and services. He explained all the options available and had a sample of their doors. We didn't hire them because their quality of products was too high for our space. More suited to high end homes. If ours was a $700,000+ home I wouldn't hesitate to hire them , but a 1200 square foot starter/downsize condo doesn't command that level of quality. Same reason I didn't choose quartz or granite when I replaced our countertops."
