"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

Hi my name is Don Kaylor and I am new to the business but I just purchased a rollback for Towing and the only reason I get this is because I got a quote the other day and my vehicle broke down and it was $100 just for the guy to come out there and then it was $1.25 a mile and I said this is a ripoff so I decided to go out and give me a truck and I'm going to do this for customers out there. They can't afford it. So the hookup for cell companies are 100 to $120. The hookup for me is $80 and then I'm only $0.85 a mile. That's crazy but that's honest

They subcontract out the work (our installers spoke no English and could not communicate with us at all!) so they can blame it on the installers, then won't call you back when you have an issue with your floor. My issue was one broken board, they refuse to send someone out to even look at it and have determined that we broke it. It's Lvp flooring, supposed to be durable... it's only 2.5 years old and looks worn and broken. DON'T USE THEM!! Unprofessional, use subpar contractors, and low quality product that won't hold up!"
