George has very high standards when it comes to the quality of his work, and he made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the garage build. We are not the typical customers and wanted to add "character" in our new build. We insisted on using 4 antique 110-year-old porch posts, adding a cupola and weathervane vane to the metal garage roof and used other salvaged materials. George's crew made it all work like magic, without complaint or added labor cost. The total price of the garage was very reasonable also. I would not hesitate to hire Georges Construction again and again. This company is highly trustworthy, true artists, professional and the best in my book. I feel very lucky to have hired them. Tom explained exactly how the process would work, including the time frames. He met us and helped us select the materials we wanted. He was prompt in communicating with us, which has not always been my experience with other contractors I've worked with. His subs were prompt and attentive to detail. He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete.
