It went great! First they were very responsive in coming out and checking out our property and giving us a fair quote. The team we had worked very hard and was very friendly. We really appreciated all the before and after pictures since we had no plans to actually go up on the roof to double check that everything was done right. They showed us video of what our roof looked like before so we understood what the quote included and why we needed to consider having it fixed. They also helped us spot an unknown problem in our attic that we did not have access to before (our roof had a major dip that was caused by fire damage several years back that we did not know about before we bought the place). They re-enforced the joists in the attic and gave us access to our attic.

After everything was completed, I had a few small issues. Sergei Churbanov (owner) came out with his team and corrected the issues promptly. He didn’t stop until I was a 100% satisfied. I have used Sergei before. Everything went well and price was reasonable. Site was clean when I came to inspect. My renter did not have any issues with the crew and they were able to finish in a day (Small home). I recommend him to anyone I know who is thinking about putting a roof on.

I was referred to salesperson, Michael Hanke, who was extremely helpful. My initial inquiry was regarding the gutter damage, which led to my inquiry about roof replacement. Michael took the initiative to research if there had been roof damage from a fairly recent hailstorm, and sent me the report. NOTE: Being out of town, I had not even been aware of the hailstorm event. He then sent someone to determine if there had been damage (there HAD been); and provided prompt estimates for replacement/repair, which I used for submitting an insurance claim, which was approved. The work on the project began quickly (following week); and was done promptly (in about a week, in spite of considerable rainy weather). The project was done professionally, with a very positive outcome, and I am delighted!

Huge thank you to Sergei and his awesome team for putting on a beautiful new (and much needed) roof after we had storm damage in March 2019. They helped us work with our insurance adjuster to get the claim filed/paid and did wonderful work, including clean up. The crew was also very nice and helpful and worked super **** ** a very hot Friday and Saturday to make sure all was done correctly. I highly recommend this locally owned company. You can really tell they care, in addition to knowing what they are doing. Thanks again for the job well done!

I was referred to Mike with Roof it Right because I mentioned to an acquaintance that I was having issues with my gutters and soffits. Mike called me to ask about the details, then sent someone out that day to give an estimate. It was a reasonable price to repair the fascia and soffits and install a brand new gutter system. It should prevent any further problems and it looks really good... it improves curb appeal and adds value to my house. Also Sergei was very professional and easy to work with. I have no complaints.

Sergei and his group were amazing. My husband has been in construction business for 35 years and he has never seen a more dependable and reliable contractor. Sergei was very responsive to our needs. We initially hired him to repair a damaged roof and were so pleased with that experience that we hired him to do all new windows, siding, trim siding, and gutters. Our house looks beautiful! What was even more amazing was his professionalism and the quality of crew members that he hires. He even has someone that comes behind to check their work and make sure the job site is spotless, using a metal detector to clean up any stray nails! Who does that?!! Sergei does!! Additionally, we did not pay until the work was finished. That is very rare to find among home improvement companies. I would highly recommend, and have recommended to others, Roof It Right!!

I received five estimates. I narrowed them down to two that were in a similar price range. Sergei's estimate was very detailed and he was very responsive to every question. The other finalist was responsive, too, but Sergei's answers were nearly immediate. After the work was complete there was an aesthetic issue with flashing over a bay window. Sergei discussed it with me and sent a team out to replace the flashing with a color that better matched the brick. He and his company seem determined to do a good job with both the work and the follow-up.

The roof has solar mounts on it which made the job more complex, and there was wiring to contend with as well. Sergei's team did a great job, cleaned up completely and were great to deal with. No question, I'd use Sergei again, and would recommend them. The quote was right in the middle of the range of quotes we received, and unlike some other roofers he came out when he said he would, and gave me the estimate on time.

Roof was repaired at the time & price given.Work done looks good & does not leak.I was told price would be $550.00 because plywood under shingles would need to be replaced.They did replace some plywood,less than one sheet & took about one hour.Assuming less than $50.00 for material,that leaves $500.00 for an hour labor.....I find that excessive.

We are operating as a company and paying taxes, all necessary insurances and subscription to conduct our business, buying and maintain all kind of reliable equipment and vehicles and maintain them. Our workers compensation rate is the highest in construction trades 29%. To be able to operate as a roofing company we can't go less than $350 minimum charge on any work we do. We did before and it was hard for us to serve to our clients. We have to be mobile and capable to react fast on roof leaks. The crew of 3 highest quality technicians worked on your roof more than an hour, closer to 2 hours and more than 2 hours was spent on inspection, estimate preparation, scheduling job and order and pick up materials. Usually to make some money for company we do that work in the range of 800-900. I did see you have arthritis and gave you discount that saved you about 300. My company expenses was just what you paid to us. I'm very sorry to hear that this money are still looks too high for you. And you know money do change it's value. $100 30 years ago was good money and not anymore. Last thing is I told you upfront how much it would cost and you gave me a green light. Again I'm sorry for your feeling, I just trying to explain my side."

Men arrived to strip the roof about 20 minutes early. They did a good job. However, my husband found several nails in the yard. The installation of the roof left ripples and looked ridiculous. They left the roof like that and went for the day, quitting exactly at 5pm. I noticed it immediately upon returning home from work. My husband brought it to Sergei's attention the next day. Sergei went into our attic and braced the roof with boards. I don't know if that is quality or if it may cause our roof's demise. It's seems like a bandaid to me that should have been identified before putting on a new roof. Will our roof last as long as it should? Sergei was not available when the gutters were hung but the team did a good job with the gutters. Sergei brought the bill back and we paid. No sign was placed in our yard, making me wonder if he did not want to advertise that he did this job. Lots of red flags. We did not get the quality that everyone else described here on Angie's List.

First day after roof installed always looks with ripples. It requires couple days for sun to melt down asphalt and then shingles settle flat. We replaced slot of plywood in the front of the home because without proper ventilation and two layers of shingles attic was overwhelmed with heat and humidity and it make whole structure plays a lot. Additionally to that trusses in the front have not proper supports between front wall and ridge. We did see it sagging there when we replaced plywood in that area. Next day you saw it and we corrected it for you with no charge by going g into the attic and adding those supports. I simply run out of signs and that's only reason I didn't use an opportunity to advertise. More important that at Roof It Right we care about our customers. It is not like others roofing company who leaves their customer on they own if problem pop-up. We stay behind our work. And we will be happy to stay behind our work for you too. I wish we would go over those issues the day I came for payment, but your husband got bad headache and was trying to be as brief as it possible. Sorry if it brought another red flag. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns. I'll be glad to correct anything."

Estimate: The owner, Sergei showed up on time for the appointment and provided an estimate as requested. After reviewing other proposals, I contacted him with additional questions and asked for further details. He returned the next day and we discussed my questions and he provided an updated estimate for the additional items I wanted completed. Work: The project was started within the timeframe I was given when I signed the proposal. Sergei was on site working with his crew the entire time. They were all very professional and cleaned up properly after themselves. The project was completed on schedule and under the estimated price as none of the wood underlayment needed to be replaced on the covered deck area. Product: Roof it Right is a certified Ownes Corning Roofing contractor and as such is a quality roof and comes with a solid warranty for the roof and workmanship.. Service after the installation: I had a small water spot on the ceiling this spring avot the size of an apple (roof was done last fall). I called Sergei and he showed up the same day to check inspect the spot and roof. He applied some additonal sealant to the area he suspected was the cause of the issue and said to not hesitate to call if that did not address the issue. That did the trick and over the course of the summer the water spot has not returned. Overall: I would highly recommend Roof it Right. They show up on time, take the time to explain in detail the project and what to expect, do quality work (the owner is on the job) and stand behind their workmanship without question.

Service was completed in May 2017. Service, quality of workmanship, timeliness, cleanup were all excellent. I requested that Roof-It-Right use the best materials with the best warranty. Completely satisfied!! Roof-It-Right tore off 2 layers of shingles, replace with new roof. They also remove previously installed aluminum and vinyl covering on overhang, facia and gutters installed 20 years ago and replaced with new vinyl and aluminum. Replaced facia boards as needed.

They were incredibly communicative, prompt and professional. Sergei reached out to me as soon as I put in an inquiry and was at my house either that day or the day after to review my roof issues. I quickly had a quote - about 3 days after my initial inquiry. He offered a payment plan with no interest or a nice discount if paid in full. They started the job a few days later and worked like absolute crazy to get the job done. It was insane how much they got done in two days. There was a lot of follow through to finish up little touches that I never even noticed, but they clearly strive to do a fabulous job. Would absolutely recommend.

The General Manager, Sergei, is an honest, friendly, and hardworking man. I had originally thought that I needed to replace my roof, and I asked Sergei for his opinion when he came to my house to provide an estimate. After he went up and inspected my roof, he told me that I had at least 5 years of life left on the roof and that I did not need to replace it now. How many business people will tell you the truth when it will cost them so much in lost profit? Sergei is more trustworthy than most people you will ever meet. He promised to complete the work within a month, and he got the job done to perfection just two weeks after I signed the contract. His crew was friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up completely afterwards. It was an excellent experience, and I will highly recommend Roof It Right to my family and friends!

Amazing. Cannot express how happy we are for having Roof it Right do the repair. After the rain we have had lately, I noticed leak that had developed in our roof. I contacted Sergei in the morning and he was able to work us into the schedule that same afternoon. He found the cause (a lifted nail), quoted a good price and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future if I need any roofing repair accomplished.
