"I hired Scott to clean my pool. He came to give me an estimate for services but upon assessment of the pool he did not complete the job. This was not a bad thing. He didn’t complete the job because of his integrity , professionalism and kindness. He could have completed the job just for financial gain but he did not. He pointed out some things that needed to be corrected/repaired before he could do the cleaning. Another company with less integrity would likely have done the job anyway!
