"I'm sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] you feel this way. We explained to you that we do minor roof repairs such as nail pops, sealing shingles, caulking and some debris removal as it states in the deal you purchased through Angie's List. We did a thorough inspection of the roof, as well as, informed you of the damage we found that could be repaired either through a retail quote or insurance claim expense on the roof itself. You had major wind damage, and that was explained to you, but you had no interest in pursuing either route. Our job is to save the homeowner as much out of pocket expense as possible while educating the homeowner on the options they have in getting a potential roof repair done. You stated the only reason you bought this Deal was to add some chicken wire to an area that squirrels were getting into along and under the soffit which is not part of the roof inspection. First of all, we don't carry chicken wire on our trucks and, secondly, this is not included as part of the minor repairs in the roof maintenance package as stated in the offer. Unfortunately, most companies are going to charge a substantial amount more than this Deal to perform the services you requested, but that is standard for a service call and repairs of this magnitude. I wish you luck in getting that squirrel taken care of!"
"It's a shame you post a review almost a year after the completion of your project. We were at your residence multiple times after job completed and never heard one issue you mentioned in your review nor did we see the same issues as you. Communication is key and the fact you wouldn't respond to us for several months as we tried to collect final payment did not help. Since insurance misses things on their scope or we find additional damage once the job starts, we file for supplements to pay for the extra materials and labor so you, as the homeowner, do not have to pay! This was explained upfront and is a common process. I can assure you we lost money on your paint job as your carrier did a poor job of paying out for the damage since not all of your ceiling stains came from storm damage. We went above and beyond on any interior work for the amount of dollars we spent out of our own pocket. Again, communication would have solved this issue, as well. Not sure why homeowners feel the need to erroneously add misguided information to a review site such as this since we are a phone call away. Not paying your bill for three months is a breach of your contract, as well, but I didn't put a lien on your property. We were very patient with you all and you decide to go this route over something that could have been avoided if you had just picked up the phone or answered your door the multiple times we came out after job was complete. Thanks for the experience as our company has learned much by dealing with a homeowner like yourself. Good luck sir."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed] for your business. It is very much appreciated!"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. This is exactly how a maintenance package is supposed to work. Our job is to educate the homeowner of options they have moving forward whether it be through retail or insurance. We try to save a homeowner from out of pocket expenses in the case where a full replacement may be needed. I am glad you allowed us to do our job and help you make an informed decision moving forward. Thanks again for your business!"
"We appreciate the business once again. Let us know when we can be of assistance again!"
"I'm glad we could get out and take care of your issue right away. Thanks for giving us a call."
"Thanks again for the opportunity to restore your property back to new!"
"Thank you for your trust in our company to replace your full roof. We hope you enjoy!"
"Thanks for your confidence in letting us perform your restoration project. I hope you enjoy the new roof and let us know how we can help down the road. Thanks again, Mark!"
